Two questions (for now):
Does it make any changes to AddonPackages, or just scan and report?
Does it work on packages that have been extracted to a folder with the same name as the var? (AddonPackages/ThisUsedToBeA.var/...)

Edit: The first question answers itself. All deletion is under user control. The script does not support folders with a valid meta.json It flags them as invalid, probably because it's always trying to unzip them.
