I'm creating some normal, everyday clothing, specifically for larger bust sizes.

This package contains a tube top. Comes with a few presets in different colors/styles;

• Red (easily recolorable)
• Black and Green
• Leopard Print
• Light Blue
• Pink Camo
• Pink
• Stripes
• White
• Yellow

To adjust to larger (or smaller) bust sizes, use the 'distance scale' slider in the physics tab.

Which slider in the physics tab do I move for non-huge breasts?

If you set the "Distance Scale" slider to about 0.8 it should look fine even on less well-endowed models. See screenshot:
