Tiph Female/Futa - This is an old one, but the clothes are still good.

This is an old one from a year ago--and the look is kind of crap , but the clothes are still good. May need to adjust the sim map for a better fit around shoulders

Very nic, is it modular ? so you can hide top, bottom, both top and bottom and leave only gorset ?

Sorry, didnt see this until now! the dress area is one whole peice of gemoetry, You could hide the parts you dont want by way of alpha mask if you wanted...Just hit the "create uv template" button on the material tab to get a template to work with.
