Your posted image there seems broken for me. Can you re upload please. But without seeing it I'm going to just guess something. Are you changing the morphs through the "Targets" tab of the plugin or are you changing the morphs in the atom's morph menu?

Apart from saying to ask in the plugin's discussion page and hope acid bubbles is around to see it but maybe someone had the same issue.
Did you try a new scene to see if it's happening there. I also think the rebuild and realign button can help when things get wonky with the plugin but I'm not sure if or how it really works as at times it did clear out all my keyframes before. Also try scrubbing the timeline and see if the morphs change between keyframes. Last, reload or remove the plugin and add it back.

Not a solution, but an alternative-- there is the option to use the built in lipsync! Looks like you're doing a lot of mouth and visime animation here mate, maybe not be worth the effort given the lipsync tool. Cheers.
