After clicking on the first chapter, the screen remained black and couldn't light up. There was a flash and music kept playing! The background of the characters is all black! Waiting for a long time is no exception!

I can help you trouble shoot, please follow the steps below so i can better understand the issue:

1. Did you disable the overlay plugin? Yes or No
2. Did you reset the scene after disable the plugin? Yes or No
3. Does the same issue happens if you start from prologue? Yes or No

This can help us both narrow down the cause.
