The hub is not recognizing this asset I have as a dependency.
Not found on Hub but its here on the HUB:
Assets - Massage Bed | Virt-A-Mate Hub (virtamate.com)

I am using in this scene:
Scenes - Massage Girl 2: The Happy Ending (Teaser Scene) | Virt-A-Mate Hub (virtamate.com)

By default, the in-game hub browser only shows the resources hosted on the hub. The one you linked in not (it don't have the "Hub-Hosted VAR" Tag).

That said... you can still browser not Hub-Hosted VAR by changing the filtering options on the left of the in-game hub browser, but... it's not guaranteed that you can be able to dowload it with the in-game hub browser.
