the handy bluetooth not work for me

hello guys, i bought a the handy to use with vam but i'm not able to connect with my pc by bluetooth i have 4.0 and 5.0 adapters, both fill in the handy but when i try to connect it tries but can't try tb with quest 2 and does the same thing I've already updated the firmware to the latest version, put it in blue mode - bluetooth I did all this process but VamSync also doesn't recognize the handy, does anyone know what I can do?
