Stopper submitted a new resource:

Tessellated Cel Shader - Yet another anime/toon shader.

A cel shader built with various techniques to smooth out shadows on VAM's geometry. Cel shading can be pretty sensitive to small misalignments between mesh normals, which is pretty common with VAM's morph system.

If all else fails, there's a 'proxy' mode, which shades the head as if it were a spheroid.

Still an early version and my first foray into a rendering shader, so let me know what breaks.

Usage:
1. Add to a Person, CUA, or clothing (via ClothingPluginManager)

Very cool plugin! the level of control over the various shader settings really set this one apart from the other similar toon/anime style shaders.
I think the only thing I'd love to see perhaps is compatibility with decal textures?

Thanks, another very good plugin that offers a great level of granularity for fine tuning settings.
However It does seem to currently be broken in VR mode specifically. The plugins splits the person into 2 part. The left eye seems fine, but the right one shows the eyes and clothes floating into the air besides the person.

Stopper updated Tessellated Cel Shader with a new update entry:

Various Enhancements

• You can now add up to four highlights, and they can be set to come from a different light.
• Basic support for shadows.
  • It's pretty broken and needs a rewrite, but functional for now (at least for still shots)
• Added an 'eccentricity' setting to highlights, which narrows the lit band.
  • This is mostly intended to support the way anime shades hair.

If you fiddle with it enough, the effect is starting to look more convincing.
