The convention hall was emptying out when I spotted Elise Stardust still in her purple-and-white cosplay, headphones and twin tails perfectly in place. She was packing up her display when our eyes met and she gave me a playful little wave. A few minutes later she walked over, still fully in character, and asked if I could help her carry a couple of boxes to her car.
