Modded version of the EasyGaze plugin by Spacedog.

In this version, when Gaze is re-enabled, the model’s head now smoothly returns to the selected "Align Head" mode instead of snapping back instantly.
A new "Head roll smoothness" slider has also been added, allowing you to adjust the head return/recovery time...

Hey @TGC, thanks for picking this plugin up, it's my favorite gaze.

I was wondering, since you've been in the source for it, if you might consider fixing something with it that's always been an issue with it for me.

When saving a scene with this plugin on a Person atom, the "Gaze Follows" dropdown always resets to "Target" on scene load. If I set it to "Player" it doesn't save its state in the scene JSON.

If not, then no worries. I do use an 'OnSceneLoad' trigger, there's just a few seconds delay before the trigger to set the target to Player, and I can adjust the eyeTargetControl to somewhere near where the SpawnPoint is.
