This pose should be easy in real life, so I don't think it's a problem with the pose itself. However, as shown in the blue circle in the picture, the arm is bent awkwardly and looks very fake. Is there any way to straighten the arm?Thank you

You will come to see that you can only do so much with a model. Turn on the position and rotation of the elbow joints also for better control on how it looks. There are some plugins (I think 2) that help with bent areas... some morphs also. The skinning of daz models aren't the best.

Remember that the models Vam is based on are Daz Genesis2. Daz is up to Genesis9 now. The bends of the joints have long been a sore point among the users of Daz Studio. The Better Bends plugin does help, but you'll probably have to tweak the settings. You can also get into issues where the joints are fighting each other. Having both hands and elbows in the On state can cause conflict. I often set the elbows to Comply, then back to On just to see if there is a conflict.
