Does the rendering slider in game options works for desktop or only VR? cuz its not doing anything for me.

There used to be a good fps guide here (i cant find it to post it) but im pretty sure it said that render scale is only for vr users. It has an immediate effect for me in vr, but appears to do nothing on desktop - so for me that appears to be true.

oh shit i might have missed the part where it stated its only for VR cuz i am trying this after checking out the same guide that you mentioned XD
