Refresh Clothes & Hair on Scene Reload - A small correction for the clothing and hair display

A small correction for the clothing and hair display: when you restrict the clothing or hair to, for example, active items on the character and then load another scene with a different character, then the active items from the previous character still show up.

This is unfortunately still the case, even in the newest version 1.21.1.0 after the vanilla UI has been changed.

This script automatically refreshes the clothing and hair tabs to show the correct clothing and hair, whenever a scene...
