Question Quest 3 - Hip tracking?

Hello Everyone,

I currently have a Valve Index and recently discovered its passthrough feature - shitty as its cameras are, having an AR girl in my room was pretty amazing, and I've read that the Quest 3 is an enormous leap forward in the AR department.

However, I also use a Vive tracker to thrust with my avatar's hips, and I'm not sure what options are available with the Quest 3. I've read that the Virtual Desktop app now supports full body tracking, but does this work in VAM?

Wait, you can use passthrough with valve index?? I thought it wasn't possible. How did you figure out how to do that?

It's an option that you have to enable in the settings, then it can be activated in the VR HUD. But it's opaque passthrough only, the image quality is really REALLY bad, and there's a lot of distortion.

I wound up buying a Quest 3 a few hours after my post and while I'm still figuring out how to optimize the setup, the passthrough feature is INSANELY good compared to the Index.
