Question Problem with shoes and heels in general

I have a problem with shoes and heels in general. They are misshapen and crooked. toes tremble like jelly. any solution?

I like to parent the toe control (position and rotation, found in control 1 tab of toe control) to the foot control to get a more realistic look in heels.
