We are excited to announce a new feature on the Hub: Favorites!
You can now add resources to your favorites, and organize your favorites into collections!
You can check out the details in our official announcement!
I am trying to upload a file to the hub and I keep getting this message. I've tried five times now and always get this. I've never had this before and I've uploaded probably a hundred files over the years.
We have more detailed error logging now, and the system now catches errors that it didn't previously. This is a good thing. In order to diagnose, as the message says, you need to contact a staff member. Did you try to reach out to a staff member directly?
We have to manually investigate the error logs for cases like this, which is why it's necessary to reach out to us asap.
Looks like your var contains a file somewhere with a filename that is too long. Any filenames that get close to the 100 character filename limit will be rejected.
One of my texture files had a name that was 113 characters long. The file uploaded OK now so it's good. I didn't know that thing abou tthe 100 characters so that's something to look out for in the future. Thanks!
