Premium Key Invalid after update

I no longer have access to my entertainer account since Updating the program. How do I reactivate it or get a new one?

Purchase a sub to MeshedVR and be sure to get the Creators account.

Keys are valid forever. However, usually when a new major version is released you need a new key. Meshed and team need to eat and pay bills.
In your case I would assume you had a 1.20 key, with the release of 1.21 you needed a new key. Now we are at 1.22, although I think 1.21 keys still works for that.

Note that besides getting a new key you could also downgrade back to the old version.

commenting here since I think I have the same issue, I had not updated in a while and now I lost access to creator version I think it is? which I previously had. I have a backup so i can rollback but in the new version almost all of the scenes, clothing, hair is gone and does not appear "ingame" even though they are still there in the file folders?

Yes I read it and I will buy a new one. my question was more about why the scenes, clothing, hair was not showing up in the new version.

Your on the free version until you put in a valid key, your stuff is there just needs to be unlocked

Oh didnt realize that was also limited on the free version. Was confused why some clothing and hairstyles showed up but the vast majority was missing.
