Question Position Camera while on Full Screen ?

I'm using the default 'WindowCamera' and position it via the Display window but it is too small.

Is there a way while in 'M' (Full Camera Display Mode) to navigate and position?
It seems locked while in 'M' that's why I'm asking, maybe a way to unlock it or a plugin?
