Question Plugin to display desktop in game?

Is there a way to display my desktop in game, such as on a emissive image/web panel? I would like to use my browser since the in-game one is limited in capabilities and freezes up a lot.

I use steam desktop once in the game. It works, but it will not sit behind anything in VAM. Meaning it will block any atoms, etc even if they are in front of the desktop. But it does allow me to watch netflix or any other website while in VAM.
