please tell me how to grab clothes using the sphere grab?

Add the cloth grab sphere from the add atom/ misc menu. Scale/ possition it where you want and set it to enabled in the Collision Trigger tab.

Go to the control tab and set it to off.

When you toggle it back on again it will grab the part of any sim cloth it is overlapping and you can move it around. You can animate toggling it on by adding a trigger track to a timeline animation.

You can also link the spere to your atoms' hand (so that it moves with the hand).
