Question Physics rate change from auto???

Is there a way to set the physics rate to a specified speed? Auto normally put me at around 90, but I find myself changing the auto setting more often to a lower rate. I would prefer to leave it at 45 for most of my scenes. I am not sure how much difference the speed makes or how it effect resources. However, it appears the lowered speed reduces issues on my PC.

If you change it in the settings it will stay that way when you open VAM again.

I was not saving the change to the scene. I assumed it updated automatically as I made the changes in the setting. Thanks
