Hi Guest!
Please be aware that we have released another critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.12 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.
Details about the security patch can be found here.
I get around 30 fps on average on a scene with 2 people, givemefps plugin and breast and glute soft physics enabled on a female
What physics rate would be the best or should I simply disable some settings?
Here. Check out this FAQ.
Some general rules of thumb though, the biggest drain is going to be Soft Body physics, lights, clothing and how close the camera is to the model.
I find disabling glute soft physics can give a decent boost in FPS. From there I would make sure you don’t have anymore than two lights active.
Also, I assume youre in VR. So don’t expect 90+ frames in all scenes. VaM has a focus on realistic physics and can be very resource heavy even on top tier PCs when it comes to VR. Especially with intense animations.
