I want to have a person standing up with the build in animation (the one in the person selection, not the Scene animation). There are some nice custom animations available as e.g. 'move stand up 2' I'd like to use. So I start with a lying pose of the person atom. When I enable the animation, the person jumps up for a second into the default pose (standing, arms outstretched) and then slides back into the original lying state to follow the animation. How can I prevent this 'jump' at the start?

I already changed all possible presets/ defaults to the lying pose, but it seems this is somewhere in the deepest default settings of VAM.

Btw. it does not make a difference if I put this in triggers of Timeline or Scene Animation or test it native in the Animation select. Seems a rest of Animation triggers this somehow.

I never used these animations. I'm not sure it has ever been very great really sadly :/

I solved this myself. Added a trigger where I enabled 'freeze physics' and 'detach person root control'. Then I enabled build in animation and no more 'jumps' occur. Done the same when I disabled build in animation.
