Question Penis not going into Vagina

I've used several scenes were the penetration is poorly aligned, generally after changing a look from the base "default" look to another look.

How can that be fixed to make sure the penetration alignment is correct? I don't wanna see a dick rubbing on skin all the time.

I use the plugin Divining Rod and it works pretty well.
