Opening VAMUI moves the player camera...

Is there a way to open the menu (using 'U' key) without it moving the camera? Same with screenshots - it always pushes me a few meters to the left, and back when I close it.

If you're using the built-in screenshot function then I'm sure the screen is staying as it is although it adjust itself when the menu is opened, the focal point looks the same to me. If you are using the print screen function of the PC then it would be offset, but you won't be taking SS with the menu opened.
