Solved Odd Behavior with Default shapes

I used a very large sphere to make a skybox in VaM. even with the collisions turned off. It messes with the hair and clothes on my atoms.

I turn off the collision of my atoms and the sphere before I enlarge the sphere to its correct size..
I've removed the hair before adding the sphere too. Even when adding the hair back on to the girl, it still sticks to the sphere surface
Are there settings on the atoms hair I need to fiddle with? I'm using the sphere cuz there's the alpha adjustment on it and I can change the alpha transparency with the float randomizer...
I'm not sure how to do this on the normal skybox which is why I'd like to pursue this route..


 
There's a guide to make skyboxes and it works as I managed to make one from zero experience:
