No input from mouse

I am new to VAM and the first time I loaded it up it worked perfectly however the second time it came up with security settings with checkmarks, I cannot interact with them and accept the settings, can I have some help with this?

When I try to open .bat files, it comes up with windows cannot find ‘vam.exe’
