I've been working on this scene for about a year or 2, finding adding learning trying etc. But Somehow I broke it. If some one could help me recover this project I would be grateful!

There is no light (add invisible light), cloth materials alpha is put to 0.

That isn't specific to the issue, there was a full scene in there with triggers and multiple timeline entries. If you load it into a JSON viewer youl see all the work in there or break open the text file. It only loads 3 objects and the character not the 3 characters and a year of development.

The scene file just has one person, Wendy, in it. Although the timeline plugin isn't on her after loading the scene, but in the json file, so any way there are some problems. I get a lot error messages about missing content of course, morphs, textures etc. - don't know if that could interfere with scene loading.

If you have been working 1-2 years on that scene, do you only have that one single file you always overwrite? I guess you already know that you should always make backups and save different versions. You can use a plugin for that to do it automatically in the future:

Though i hope you can restore the scene or have some older files for it. I have overwritten and lost hours of work in my beginning days, data loss hurts :/ Good luck to you.

Yea absolutely lesson learned, I know it shows one person in the software itself when you open it. I was hoping some one more experienced than I would have found a missed comma or bracket that solves it.

Yes there are other iterations, that have been left behind. I find as I develop here and I learn new ways to do things more efficiently branches of save files opened up. This one was near done and almost ready to release to public.

Started new project since then. With new things learned. Thanks for the empathy.

I didn't mean the scene ingame, but the json scene file - there is only one person entry, so there is already a problem missing the other characters in the json file itself. And i think that may be your main problem - your scene file seem to be missing some stuff.

I tried to copy only the timeline information into a fresh scene, but it didn't work. Then i tried a single animation, and that was possible. So you could try to copy parts of the json file into an older version or fresh scene and see what you can transfer.

PS: actually you can copy the whole "clips" element and transfer all of your animations, as a first step. I don't know if the anims are the essential part you want to save, but it is a first step. I also think you can copy other parts and see at which point it doesn't work.

The save is confusing, doesn't look like a normal save file. Plugins existe, but manager is missing, look is loading at random. ad timeline, but collision plugin crash.
I save the time line, but trigger are empty.

It sounds like its more complication than its worth. Cool part is the development of the scene and its triggers for variation and randomness. As no motion is exactly the same. I can rebuild it. It should take half the time. with the new development workflow. I appreciate all who looked into it.
