Need help identifying this scene!

Im familiar with the creator of the model being used but its not one of their scenes. Doesnt have to have these exact models, just the basic movements and design of the scene. Thank you!

Looks like a pretty simple scene to make, either with Timeline, cycleforces or animation patterns in one atom model.
I would say this is a great opportunity to learn about one of those and make a similar scene. It's a time investement that will pay off amazingly down the line, as then you can make the scenes you enjoy the most.
Happy to give you pointers if you want to try making the scene from scratch.
