Muscle normals for RenVR's Barbie textures - 3 skin presets and torso/limbs muscle normals

3 Skin presets for muscle normal maps for @RenVR 's Barbie textures. Muscles were just added to limbs and torso, 100%, 50% and 25% versions.

Load the skin presets from model's skin preset tab. Click on the "select existing" button and browse to this var.
