Move settings position buttons need also +/-0.001 fine adjustment buttons

The actual minimal move adjustment button is 0.01 and according to my experience not granular enough for proper fine adjustment when trying to align objects, e.g. for proper collision handling. (0.01 seems to be about 1 cm)
