Morph Merger model doesn't look the same

Hello. After many morph problems, uploading models and finding out the model saved didn't match the morphs, I started using morph merger in hopes of fixing the issue.

Having compared the model pre-MM, the model still changes, namely droopy eyes.

Is their a way to fix this or an alternative that works better? Thanks.

Did you forgot to disable auto morphs before morph merging? (built-in: auto expressions, auto blink, etc)
