I haven’t found any issues on my end. Do you have a previous version of Momo (futa)? Please delete the old versions and keep only the latest one. Alternatively, there might be duplicate dependencies in your morphs.

Hi i was wondering why when i save this as an Appearance preset and then try to import it to any scene, the cock disappears. What can i do?

I've got the same issue even on the latest version (GiovniYA.MoMo(Futa).5.var)

Check if there are any duplicate morphs in your person, and remove old .var files as well.
