I downloaded the free version, and there's only the default look - are the other outfits and hairstyle looks in the imgur gallery available?

No, sorry, I cannot make any of those clothing styles available, as they use copyrighted assets.
I can go through the other variations and make a list of the hair styles that I used, and the links to download them from their original creators.
