Formalwear hairstyle, when? Also, 10* on the model!

Love this model however whenever I import the model, her hair is like halfway in her head, If I load the .var scene its fine, but when I import the model using either Browser Assist or the CUA plugin then import, her hair and earrings just dont load properly they are like .5 down on the Y axis and off centered on the X and Z by a little, every other model is fine...
