Menu highlighting

Not sure if this has been discussed, but 'menu highlighting' is basically non-existent. Like when I'm loading a pose, and I'm clicking in the left-hand columns of each producer.
I can't tell which one I'm in. Especially after I scroll the column down a bit...

Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

Looking for a fix. Maybe a theme or something?

There's none, and development in 1.x is over.
