Cow bell, Physics errors & dependency clean up Update

• added the cow bell back in (removed it in the first place because it kept spamming physics errors for some users)
• fixed a bug where the cow girl would spawn inside the bar resulting in physics errors,
• fixed an issue where the pumping morph wouldn't morph smoothly,
• updated plugins so only latest version of BoneControl is used,
• deleted unused dependencies

I would like to ask how to achieve the physical effect of the breasts. I can see that you have done it so well.

The scene tease some great stuff but I can't use the milking machine...
For some reason both of the nipple milk extractor are stuck far above the milking machine unmovable, while the physic of the hose goes completly crazy x)

I can't place them on the Maple breast, It doesn't seems i miss any of the dependency :/
