Male only Clothes Collision not working

Have the devs added collision for male clothing in undress mode or am I doing something wrong? Collision for female clothing works just fine.

Male models didn't get the love and attention that Females did as it was expected that males would get very little attention and as a result there's far far less colliders for male models leading to the clothing issues. Nothing can really be done about it and its something that will be fixed for Vam2.

It's true, males have a lot less colliders. However, there's a plugin from Urukyay that adds cylinder atoms to force some collision points where they're missing:
