So, this is just brief basic animation techniques in timeline you can use to bring more realism to your models.

There's a series of buttons that progresses the animations through refinement and gives an explanation of what's going on in each step.

Other info: left models as dummies, the elbows and knees were animated... poorly if you want to experiment with moving their timings around in the last animation, that's totally part of the tutorial, not something I made up.
