The person who made Milfy City used SC Annie Genesis 8 body for Linda.

Annie is an slim feisty character for the Genesis 8 Female base figure. She has photo-realistic skin textures and optimized shaders to give the most realistic look under multiple light sources. She comes complete with Fiber Mesh Eyebrow

The other characters I don't know, they are also probably a mix between different DAZ3D bodies and assets. They can be imported to VAM, once you have the files.

But keep in mind, VAM 1.x doesn't supported Genesis 8 characters. I think the best way is to re-create the characters in VAM itself. Some people might do it for you, but the most do it for a small price. It cost a lot of time.
