I think it's called a cut-out halter top. I didn't find anything like this one in a quick search tho.

Here you go. I'd not made a lace material yet so thought I'd give it a go. Should work with any breast morph. I set out the uv map so any flat materials will work too. I did the leather/scaled version to test it out and I liked it so I added it as a preset.

My rendition of a clothing piece from a picture posted in the comments. Halter neck cut out top with 2 presets. (I arranged the uv mapping so it can use any flat material maps as well.) Close mesh approximation, so should fit any breast morphs...

Yeah, It's a shame about the stretch, but that's the same for almost all clothing items if it's not textured with a specific model in mind and then fitted to the morphed verts. ~(The base G2F model vam uses to make morphs and import clothing is too flat chested.)
Some clothing gets around it with a looser sim setup, but I find with vam's collider setup the underside of larger breast morphs will clip through most clothing that hugs the figure like this does. I didn't mess too much with the sim settings or paint a sim texture, I just added a basic uniform sim to make it undressable. You could try messing around with the settings/texture to see if you can get a more even stretch.

@Case asked if I knew something about sim textures in clothing and if I could make a guide to go together with my guide for Alpha textures. Well, I don't know much, but something is more than nothing, and maybe it could be useful to others, so...
