I'm still trying to find the difference between Look VS Look Preset VS Appearance Preset.

All I know is the first who are legacies. Can someone please explain the difference or a reference guide?

Also can a Look be saved as Appearance preset?

You can save it as whatever you want...
legacy look or legacy preset (look+pose), appearance preset or general preset (app+pose),...

Personally i would advice app.preset...but again, save it how ever you prefer.

So legacy preset means Look+pose?
What do you mean App+pose? how this is different from look and pose?

Yes, legacy preset is basically legacy look + legacy pose ...saved inside Saves/Person/full
(everything is stored & loaded when you load a preset)

How is it different from non-legacy appearance preset + pose preset (or general preset)?
Well if you actually looked at the link above...there is guide that shows you what's stored (or optional) with each preset type (for person)...like literally.
EDIT: is atom name stored, is root position node stored, are plugins stored, is appearance stored, is pose stored, are appearance or pose morphs stored, triggers, audio, scene anim...
If you don't understand the meaning behind some of those "options" feel free to ask...but look at the link first.
