I'd like to see a setup where you can take phonemes / lip morphs and match them to spoken words in VAM- a lip morph animator. There is a nice lipsynch plugin that moves the lips and jaw to the sound, and I'd like there to be an addon to this or a separate plugin that would make the lip movement more natural and matching what is spoken. If someone could accomplish this, then there can finally be spoken realistic dialogue in scenes. Or is there is already something like that out this besides the one I mentioned?

I don't know if there's a way to make this work but iclone has a built in plugin to generate vizemes for an audio file.
The old version did a terrible job but you can edit them. Then someone figured out a way to use a free app called papagayo with iclone and this gave much better automated results.
Is there a way to use papagayo to generate vizemes in iclone and export to VAM?
Here's a couple video tutorials.

Now iclone has a new system called acculips that does a great job but I don't think it would export to VAM and I think you need the paid version.
