This scene is designed to be used in VR, and no male character is included.

Story: The hottest cheerleader in school asked you to her hotel room after the big game. Tomorrow she won't ever speak to you again, but for tonight, she's yours.

How do we remove/tinker with her abs morph?

It's been awhile since I've looked at this scene, but my guess is that I have a plugin on the Girl character called FlexIt. I think you can adjust the morphs there. I usually use just the default settings.
