Question Is there a tutorial On How to Play And Move Using Quest?

Most tutorials just focus on Playing it on PC, they dont tell you how to move around with the Quest or other VR devices. Anyone know the basics? I tried it long time ago and i would struggle to move around and do stuff. Cause the tutorials don't do it as a Person using VR headset with controllers( or without now that there's a feature i think where you can use it withot controlelrs in quest). Anyone can point me to a video or something that tells how to navigate and move with quest 2 and select menus too?
