Question Is it possible to maintain tracker link to a node when changing pose?

It always loses link when changing pose but I want to keep it linked

Links are part of the pose when saved so they will change when you load a new one, unless said pose is saved with the same link. You should load the poses you usually use, link what you want to link, save the new pose and use them in the future.
