Are there any Ice skater shoes as clothing item? Tried to make them wearable with various plugins but they are too stiff.

Ice skater shoes do not flex. You probably don't want them to sim like clothing, because the toes will bend and look weird.

Have you tried putting the foot rotation into Hold mode?

I used the glue plugin on r-foot, l-foot. It sticks to the foot but not to the ankle
