I usually hate DOF, but it worked out really well in your scene and I wasn't scrambling to find the plugin and turn it off. I wasn't really a fan of the pulsing vignette, so I ended up removing it. If you plan on enhancing it, I'd add more of the animation, enable/disable vignette pulsing, speed control, and a finish.

Otherwise, top notch. Enjoying the hell out of it.
