You mean, mentally, or just physically? Being physically 18 and mentally 34 would be pretty great for me - being in great physical shape, a body that has a metabolism so fast I no longer need to diet to prevent getting fat, easy to gain muscle, my bones and muscles no longer hurt all the time, and I'm back on the market for younger women.
Societally, it would be interesting... 2/3rds of women are almost infertile or post-menopausal. If they all turn back into horny and fertile 18-year olds, I don't have to tell you what would inevitably happen. We'd see a baby boom on a scale never before seen in human history. It would also make family relations pretty awkward, as children would stay the same age as their parents. Expect incest numbers to skyrocket.
If we all mentally revert to 18 years of age, though - then that's it. Curtains for human civilization. A civilization run by children will collapse.
