VaM 1.x How to make male model ass work like female?

Is there way to make male model's ass working the same way female does? So it can be penetrated by dildo or dick? For yaoi, strap-on or trap scenes.
I'm usually using futa plugin on female model(which adds dick) but maybe there is the way to it properly with male models. Maybe plugin?

There's no way to do it direct on the male model, it just doesn't have the same physics as the female. Was going to suggest using the altfuta setup but you are already doing that so you just gotta do it that way I'm afraid.
